Cellaring
Our Burgundy Series wines are expressive with exceptional freshness, fruity aromatics, and delicious texture. We recommend cellaring this Pinot Noir between two and ten years. To preserve the nuance of each bottle, we suggest storage in a dark environment between 55° and 60°F, with 70% humidity.

Since 2015, Kosta Browne winemaker Julien Howsepian has been travelling to Burgundy to select barrels from a cooperage near Beaune for his California Pinots. Aged in one-third new French oak, two premier cru plots were sourced for this Pinot: Les Bressandes, north of Beaune, confers rusticity, while Les Teurons contributes spice notes, underscored by redcurrants and cinnamon, bolstered by broad-shouldered tannins. A firm acid grip softens under a long, dark chocolate finish. (JC) (3/2022)
