"The 2009 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard may turn out to be one of the finest examples of this wine that Steve Kistler and Mark Bixler have ever produced. Its straw color with a greenish hue is followed by stunning aromas of white currants, quince, peaches, honeysuckle and marmalade. This full-bodied, concentrated white possesses terrific fruit layers, a subtle touch of oak, good acidity and a long finish." (Wine Advocate #193Feb 2011)
