"The 2009 Pinot Noir Picnic Block is a bit brighter and more floral than the Hidden Block. Roses, tar, licorice and sweet red cherries flesh out in this radiant, deeply expressive Pinot. A hint of ash and cured meats add complexity and intrigue on the virile, powerful finish. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2019.
