言わずと知れたロバート・パーカー五ツ星生産者キスラー。オキシデンタルはキスラーから新たにスピンアウトしたピノ・ノワールのプロジェクトです。キスラーのトップキュヴェの一つだったキュヴェ・キャサリーンはこのオキシデンタル・ステーション・ヴィンヤードから15年近くつくられていました。

2021 Occidental Station Vineyard
An incandescent deep ruby hue. A stunning bouquet of cassis, boysenberry, and violets leaps from the glass. Hints of graphite and minerals frame layers of blackberry and purple currant fruit. Harmonious and superbly balanced with a dramatic, mouthwatering finish.
This wine comes from the best blocks of the Occidental Station Vineyard, which had been the source of our Cuvée Catherine bottling for nearly fifteen years. The site was planted by Steve Kistler in 1999.
